It is important to FreeState to discover and understand what issues face our members. Afterall, this is your cooperative, and we want to serve you to the best of our ability.
You have a voice, and that is just one part of the cooperative difference.
On the next page you will have the opportunity to provide your feedback. We ask that you please provide your information, so we can better address your concerns. We also ask that you refrain from using inappropriate language or threats.
What happens once you provide your feedback, and hit submit?
- Your feedback will be reviewed by staff at FreeState.
- Your feedback will be sent to the appropriate department.
- You will likely receive a response to your feedback if you provide your information. Although providing information is not required, it is suggested so that we can have constructive discussion about your concerns.
- The Board of Trustees will receive a monthly report of feedback.
- FreeState will work to resolve your issue if possible.
